1. Returns Window:
— You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Specify the items you wish to return when processing your request.2. First-time Returns (No Charge):
— Enjoy your first return with no processing fee. We'll coordinate the pickup of the product(s) from your doorstep. Upon pickup, a store credit will be issued for the returned items, excluding any shipping charges paid during the initial purchase.3. Subsequent Returns (Nominal Fee):
— For customers with previous returns, a nominal fee applies to subsequent returns: — Orders upto Rs. 5000: Pickup charge is Rs 280 — Orders above Rs. 5000: Pickup charge is 10% of the order total4. Damaged Items:
— In the rare event of a damaged order, please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging within 24 hours. We will promptly address the issue.5. Return Process:
— Ensure returned items are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and papers. For partial returns, include only the specified items during the pickup.6. Serviceable Pincodes:
— If your location is unserviceable for returns by our courier partners, we will arrange for pickup once the pincode becomes serviceable.7. Shipping Delays:
— Dekorshack is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services. Contact our customer team for assistance with time-sensitive orders.8. Cancellation/Alteration:
— Order cancellations or alterations are not possible after 4 hours. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are treated as returns if not accepted.9. Return Processing Time:

— Celebrate the natural variations in our artisanal products; they are not defects. Return discussions for bulk or customized orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.12. Repeated Returns:
— Dekorshack reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.13. Replacement Orders:
— Replacements will be shipped via standard shipping once the original order is returned.
